Bob Boudreau

CEO

As CEO, Bob Boudreau leads WinterWyman’s strategic planning initiatives and chairs the executive team. Boudreau has more than 20 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry and has held the position of WinterWyman’s CEO since 2002. He joined WinterWyman in 1992 as controller and was promoted to CFO in 1995. Prior to joining the firm, he held senior financial positions with Millipore Corp., Charles River Data Systems and Olympic Systems. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and serves as the Board Chair for Birthday Wishes. He also serves on the boards of Junior Achievement and PharmaLogics and the Board of Overseers for Franciscan Children’s.
