Timothy Michel

Timothy (Tim) Michel is currently Head of Business Development & External Relations and Director of Client Delivery at WB&B Executive Search. He leads all business development efforts to identify and build long-standing relationships with organizations across industries. He conveys WB&B’s differentiators and value proposition to potential clients, to position the  firm as a talent acquisition partner with the goal of augmenting client efforts to identify hidden talent pools of high performers for critical roles within their respective organizations.  Tim also works directly with WB&B clients on search engagements to achieve successful outcomes.

Prior to joining WB&B, Tim worked in both finance and hospitality at WeWork. During his tenure, he supported billing and accounts receivable efforts addressing customer issues and engaging with potential and current tenants to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
