Isabel Klatt

Isabel is a Director, Client Delivery and External Relations at WB&B Executive Search. She has been instrumental in fostering and managing partnerships with clients to yield successful outcomes and placements of high caliber candidates aligned both technically and culturally to the opportunities available. She works diligently to assess the needs of the client, court and screen the candidates, and present a comprehensive update to the client throughout the process. Isabel develops long-term relationships with WB&B’s inclusive network of professional across a myriad of different industries to present the best-in-class talent to our clients.

Having worked with clients across the CPG, public broadcasting, healthcare, insurance and utilities industries, Isabel has been a value add to WB&B’s success in meeting the end goal of the client. She engages with the clients on a weekly basis to provide updates on the engagements which may include talent mapping, mid-career talent pipelining, executive search and Invitationals (private client networking events). She is committed to ensuring the ROI is met for clients in her communication, performance and delivery throughout the client delivery timeline.

Isabel received her Bachelor’s degree in Organization and Management Studies from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
