Tiffany serves the pharmaceutical, biotech and contract research organizations in the research and development area. Since 1991, Tiffany has been an executive search professional with Kaye/Bassman.
She co-directs the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Practice, leading a team of seasoned Project Directors, Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Research Associates. She was consistently ranked in the Top 10 in a national network of 4,000 recruiters from 1995 to 2005. Since 2005, she has continued to build the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Practice at Kaye/Bassman to be one of the most successful search practices in the United States.
Tiffany’s success is built upon the establishment of long-term relationships with candidates and clients and proven success during her fifteen-year tenure. Tiffany received her Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
Tiffany resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband John, daughter Brooklyn and favorite pooch Bella.
