I lead our Contract & Consulting (C&C) practice, managing a team of Recruiters that support our clients with securing temporary, project and consulting HR professionals across the US. We have three service lines within our C&C practice;
Temporary HR professionals – temporary and temporary-to-permanent HR professionals for additional support, cover during an absence or vacant position
Project HR professionals – temporary HR professionals to support specific HR projects such as HRIS implementation, Benefits changes and M&A integration activities
Consulting and Interim HR Leaders – senior interim HR and Centre-of-Expertise leaders
We place HR generalists, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR System, Employee Relations, Talent, Learning and Organizational Effectiveness and Design professionals.
My clients range from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies and it’s always been my goal to provide consultative service and deliver quickly in the pressured timelines seen in the contract market. Our contract and consulting candidates are as important to me as the firms permanent recruitment work. By listening and fostering relationships to understand what our clients and candidates really want we can find the best match even if the duration of the assignment is short-term.
I have worked in Contract & Consulting recruitment for 15 years across HR, Finance & Accounting and Marketing managing recruiting teams as large as 20. I was born and raised in Louisiana and have lived in Orlando, Denver and for the last 7 years in New York City. I earned both my undergraduate degree in English and an MBA at Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi. I spent a semester studying in London and traveling is one of my biggest passions alongside an intense spin class a couple of times a week.
