Director, North America

I am a Director within our Commerce & Industry practice, supporting clients across the US, with a key focus on Manager to Executive level HR search. I work on searches from Generalist (including Human Capital consulting) to Specialist (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HR systems, L&D, Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Relations). I deliver both retained and senior level contingency search and partner with colleagues across sectors to support clients in building out their teams beneath them.

I have been in the executive search space for many years, with the bulk of that time spent at Maximum Management & Frazer Jones. Prior to joining the firm I spent several years in corporate recruitment and HR, having served as a Senior Recruiter at WorldNow.com, a Lateral and Campus Recruiter with McKinsey & Company, and an HR Manager with Fiat USA.

I have worked on multiple engagements with start-ups to hire their first HR leaders, or upgraded/professionalized their capabilities in this space. In 2017/2018, I appointed the Director of Benefits, Director of Recruitment and a Senior Recruiter for a rapidly growing Out-of-Home Media industry client in NYC, effectively expanding their HR leadership team to address gaps due to growth. In 2017, I worked with a life sciences client to appoint their top Field Sales HR Director.

I placed the first HR Director with an automotive transportation conglomerate in St. Louis, as well as the Executive Director of Rewards with a Media industry client in New York. Given years of experience in the HR search space and broad professional interests across HR, I have successfully executed an array of middle management searches as well.

My goal is to always work with clients as an extension of their business, as my experience and market knowledge allow me to deliver a truly consultative service. Similarly, I have tremendous respect for the candidates we’re sourcing on behalf of our clients, ensuring that they have an exceptional experience and come to the interview confident and prepared. Although direct in approach, I’m very focused on communicating constructively with all stakeholders. Best of all, my passion for what I do, as well as positive approach keeps the process fun and engaging.

I’m a native New Yorker who has travelled extensively throughout Europe, and lived in Rome for a year. I thoroughly enjoy travel, but also take advantage of the many opportunities for local adventure that living in New York affords me. I’m fluent in both Italian and German, with a strong interest in foreign languages. Much to the delight of my colleagues, I’m an avid baker and cook. I enjoy amateur photography. I’m inherently social and spend most of my free time in the company of my family and many friends.
