Nicole Graham

Nicole graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelors in Psychology. She began her career with McKinsey & Company and spent a decade with the Firm in New York City and San Francisco recruiting high calibre consultant talent. She then joined a Fortune 500 distribution company, recruiting for Supply Chain and a variety of corporate functions. Nicole left the world of corporate recruiting and joined Maximum Management/Frazer Jones in November 2016.
