I joined the HR Search & Recruitment firm Maximum Management/Frazer Jones in 2002. My recruiting expertise coupled with my skills for assessing individual talent and organizational needs when I begin a client search has made me a hugely successful HR headhunter in the New York market with over 15 years in the space. What makes me unique as a recruiter is my ability to identify exceptional candidates.

My perseverance and ability to understand each individual client’s needs have allowed me to have continued success at the firm. I serve as a strategic partner to my clients by evaluating the needs of the organization and hiring managers with the candidates that we present. I am a great listener, I like to consult, coach and have fun building lasting relationships with individuals and organizations.

I graduated from Penn State University and received a BA in Letters, Arts & Sciences. Upon graduation I started working in Retained Search where I focused on Executive level Media & Entertainment positions. I live in Plainview, NY with my husband and two children.
