Taylor joined Slayton in 2022 as Vice President & Principal. He supports executive-level searches within Slayton’s Industrial practice, focused on developing and expanding client relationships and recruiting key players. As a strategic thinker with natural skill in establishing trust and rapport, Taylor is uniquely positioned to source passive talent and collaborate closely with clients.

With vast experience as an executive search professional, Taylor previously served as a Senior Executive Search Consultant for WilsonHCG. Prior to WilsonHCG, he worked with Stiles Associates and Lucas Group. Taylor began his career in distribution/operations with Pepsi/Frito Lay after graduating from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. He is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
