Vice President & Principal

Allison is a Vice President & Principal with Slayton Search Partners. She supports executive-level searches within Slayton’s Consumer practice, managing the search process while also developing and expanding client relationships of her own.

Allison’s unique ability to connect with people positions her well to identify exceptional talent and build trusted partnerships with both candidates and clients.

After graduating from University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Allison joined the Slayton team in 2017 as a Research Associate and has progressed through various levels of responsibility.
