Steven Ziegler

Steve founded Z3Talent in 2014 as a small boutique firm leveraging his 18 years as an entrepreneur and executive in the human capital industry. He has a strong belief that there is nothing more important to the success of a company than its people. An admirer of Simon Sinek, Steve’s WHY is to invite people in with trust to build collaborative teams that win together.

Prior to Z3Talent, Steve was a part of building two nationwide Executive Search and RPO firms as well as working for a Top 5 International Search firm. Throughout his career, he has placed nearly 1000 professionals spanning most industries and functions, however, his passion is partnering with entrepreneurs and investors in identifying hard to find executives for their companies.

He is active in the Denver-Boulder business community serving on Advisory Boards for G3 Presents, ReWork, PocketJobs, StackUp, Molly’s Spirits and CampuScene. Additionally, he has served, or is currently serving on Boards for St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation, Entrepreneurial Organization (EO), EO Alchemy 2015, YouthBiz, StartUpColorado/Silicon Flatirons, Soul Day Foundation and Paddington Station.

Steve is a graduate of EMP 2017, Leadership Denver 2013 and Impact Denver 2007 and has a BS in Marketing from CU Boulder.
