Paula Stolebarger

Paula directs our research, candidate identification, and recruitment operations including organization and creation of processes and resources. She is passionate about assisting client growth by delivering excellent candidates and is driven by providing the highest degree of integrity, professionalism, and quality in her work. Her industry expertise is within natural resources, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, engineering, and the technology business sectors.

Prior to Z3Talent, Paula spent 20 years as a key contributor for two high-profile, international Executive Search firms. She supported numerous high producing Search Consultants as well as leading Research responsible for the placement of hundreds of mid-management to executive level individuals.

Born and raised in Colorado, Paula earned her MBA from Clemson University in South Carolina and her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern Colorado (now Colorado State University – Pueblo).
