Stacie Joja

Stacie is a Senior Recruiter with expertise in direct recruiting, candidate identification, recruitment processes, and search management. She advises clients on talent management and acts as an in-house recruiter for many of them. Prior to her recruiting career, she served as an HR Manager responsible for a 100+ employee production facility. Her human resources expertise, combined with 15 years as a full-cycle recruiter gives her a unique perspective and value add to our clients.

Throughout Stacie’s career, she has worked for Fortune 500 companies including Northrup Grumman, IBM, Kaiser Permanente as well as national executive search firms. Her industry experience includes professional services, technology, financial services, construction, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and healthcare. Lastly, she’s experienced in recruiting at all levels within an organization covering most functions.

A Colorado native, Stacie is driven by creating exceptional relationships with candidates and clients as well as identifying hard to find candidates.
