Stephanie Odorisio Arriviello has compiled an exceptional record of achievement in her 18 years within the healthcare sector, ranging from her initial education and development work at one of the nation’s leading children’s hospitals, to her recent demonstrable success in recruiting senior executive and physician leaders from across the healthcare continuum.

With a detailed strategic focus and organizational expertise, Stephanie is able to coordinate executive healthcare searches, including developing and implementing search strategies, identifying and placing highly qualified candidates, and conducting professional references. Her work at a previous search firm involved placing executive personnel – including CEOs, physician leaders, and new and evolving C-suite positions – in healthcare settings throughout the United States. Stephanie’s excellent knowledge of healthcare, particularly from the provider perspective, has allowed her to keep pace with the transformational nature of the industry and its shifting personnel requirements. She has built and maintains relationships with her clients and possesses an impressive portfolio of healthcare leadership contacts across the country.

Prior to her executive search responsibilities, Stephanie spent seven years with the renowned Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia where she coordinated the Graduate Medical Education program and was responsible for the implementation and evaluation of interdisciplinary training and development for the hospital’s Home Care initiative. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Widener University in Chester, PA.
