Beth Ross is a seasoned executive recruiter with more than 15 years’ experience. At the outset of her career in executive search, she worked with Pendleton James Associates and UK-based Whitehead Mann Group, primarily working with clients in financial services and information services. As an independent consultant for several years in the early 2000s, Beth found her niche working with clients in healthcare. She joined ZurickDavis in 2005 ultimately to become Vice President managing candidate development and client relationships.
Joining Phillips DiPisa in 2014, Beth brings a keen ability to understand our clients’ needs and ensure that the organization, position, and definition of success are well-articulated and made compelling to prospective candidates. She has great business savvy affording her the ability to understand the nuance and application of leadership and operational functions across a broad spectrum of organizations and environments. Beth is highly experienced in the recruitment of senior-level physician and non-physician leaders across most clinical and functional areas. She has an excellent track record for swiftly identifying prospective candidates, winning their interest and commitment, and for the success and retention of placed candidates.
In her early career, Beth worked with Inc. Magazine and IBC USA Communications as a conference producer, programming events and recruiting speakers. She engaged business leaders and industry experts for timely and cutting-edge presentations at nationally acclaimed events.
Beth earned a B.S. in Sociology from Wheaton College in Norton, MA.
