Anne Neubauer is a Consultant with AMN Leadership Solutions, Southern California office.

Anne’s executive search experience spans over twenty years and continues to focus on senior physician/scientist leadership recruitment within academic medicine, not-for-profit biological sciences research institutes, and the biopharmaceutical industry.

Anne held positions of increasing responsibility at leading international executive search firms where she specialized in the physician/scientist leadership domain.

Additionally, Anne has over a decade of experience as an independent consultant, providing candidate development and counsel services for the life science sector of major executive search firms across the US and Europe.

Anne earned her baccalaureate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and completed master level courses within the scientific domain. She is an active member of Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA), American Association of University Women (AAUW) and actively participates in 21st century leadership proficiency.

Other interests include: tennis, literature, Bridge2Rwanda, and French language.
