Setting and meeting ambitious goals is what drives me, professionally and personally. I bring these to life in a consulting environment and regularly take business leaders and their teams beyond the office into the arms of mother nature. There, in a very different environment, we can open up as a team and as individuals, redefine our business purpose, what gives us energy, and consequently makes us an even stronger group.

I help leaders create and develop teams that parallel my own values of inclusiveness and diversity, in every sense, and flat, organizational structures where responsibility is shared by the team, and where every member carries part of the load.

I am a Danish national residing in central Copenhagen, having lived with my family in both Belgium and Denmark. Over 25 years I have led teams in large multinationals in the energy, petrochemical and oil/gas sectors, at Dow, Borealis and DONG Energy.
