Marie Ardouin

With more than 10 years of experience in executive search, I co-head the Chemical and Converting sectors practice at Borderless. In recent years I contributed to the growth and reputation of the firm by heading its operations, ensuring that clients benefited from the best-in-class performance for which Borderless is known.

Having worked previously for several international plastic packaging producers in R&D and business development roles in Europe and North America, I have specific expertise in the packaging and chemical industries. The global, cross-functional nature of most of my assignments have helped me develop a solid understanding of the business, and what it takes to be effective in multicultural environments.

I hold a Chemical Engineering degree from the School of Chemistry, Physics and Electronics in Lyon and have lived and worked in France and the United States. I speak French and English and work globally from Lyon, France.
