Agnieszka Ogonowska

Having started my career in the manufacturing industry, I transitioned through training and e-learning to executive search. Prior to joining Borderless I worked with clients across a variety of sectors and now focus on chemical, converting and food & drink industries. My experience gained in internal HR functions and individual career consulting helps me to understand and manage the needs and expectations of both clients and candidates in the advisory process.

I have a special interest in finding the right cultural match for each assignment and believe that a transparent and informative approach is the basis for long-lasting relationships.

Born and raised in Poland, I have lived and worked in Germany, Italy and Spain and am currently based in the UK. I hold a degree in Social Sciences and speak English, Polish, Spanish and German.
