People are the cornerstones on which competitive advantage is built. Strategy and market realities can provide direction and context, but in my personal experience ultimately it’s people that make the difference. People are, and have always been my passion.

Since co-founding Borderless in 2000, I have been fortunate to partner with leaders in the Chemicals, Life Sciences and Food & Drinks sectors.

Working together to find talented people, and providing pragmatic advice on organizations, are now the core of my activities.

My earlier experiences as a business leader and HR professional, and in recent years as an executive search consultant, have enabled me to share my passion for people and to maintain an extensive network worldwide. I am a Belgian national and speak Dutch, English, German and French.
