Stacy Fitzgerald is forever in motion. Dynamic and relentlessly curious, the former competitive dancer doesn’t slow down—whether she’s traveling, taking a spin class, waterskiing, or plunging fearlessly into even the most complex of assignments.

Since joining our firm in 2007, Stacy has made her way from Research Consultant to Consultant to Senior Engagement Director and now, Principal. Having once worked in her family’s business—where her father and uncle instilled a tireless work ethic in her—Stacy is adept at executing and securing search assignments and has found success across all functions in a range of market sectors. While agile and adaptable, Stacy specializes in consumer products and retail, technology, transportation, and aerospace.

Previously an Account Executive at a private label cosmetics manufacturer, where she was responsible for sales and business development activities, Stacy has been finessing her ability to connect with clients and meet goals since the earliest days of her career.

With an MA in Organizational Development and Management from Fielding Graduate University and a BBA in International Business, Finance and Economics from Texas Tech University, Stacy has earned her game-changing insight and credits living abroad for enhancing her creativity and adaptability. When not wielding it for our clients, you’ll find her entertaining guests or exploring Austin with her partner of 17 years, K.C. Perry, and their foster son, Cole and rescue beagle, Winston.
