Celine Fintzi

VP, Recruiting And Research

“Thanks to a childhood spent helping in my parents’ crystal and jewelry shop, I’ve developed a special love of Victorian and Art Deco jewelry.”

One of Morgan Samuels’ most passionate champions of diversity across placements, Celine isn’t just a multi-faceted master of all things search execution—she’s a first-generation American herself. She brings this rich heritage and unique perspective to her role as Vice President of Recruiting and Research.

Whether she’s overseeing a team of consultants and supporting their efforts in executive recruiting, search, competitive analysis, strategic business development, and knowledge and database management, or managing all aspects of our recruiting and research operations—including internal hiring, training, and the assessment of systems and tools—Celine excels at helping our team, and our clients’ teams, thrive.

From recruiting and research to name generation and verification, database design and management, Celine has honed and broadened her expertise in nearly every aspect of search support since first joining Morgan Samuels as a Quality Consultant and Senior Research Consultant in 2003. In her 16 years with our firm, she’s executed hundreds of engagements in a range of industries, including engineering and construction, entertainment and new media, consumer goods, financial services, private equity, and information technology.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Celine grew up helping her parents in their art, antiques, and crystals retail shop, where she still lends her mom a hand. Celine holds an Associates of Arts in Merchandise Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, and to this day still collects and restores vintage jewelry.
