Tom Dunn

Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Tom is accustomed to the fast-paced nature of the Northeast. He is no stranger to exceptional leadership either. What started out on the rugby pitch at West Point soon manifested itself into leadership in service to the country. Whether leading patrols in Afghanistan or developing those on his team, Tom understands and embodies selfless service in putting others before himself.

Prior to starting a career in executive search, Tom was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Tom led teams helping clients solve their most challenging financial, operational, and strategic issues. He served several Fortune 500 companies with strategy development, organizational restructuring, operational improvements, and diligence for pre and post-merger integrations. Incredibly competitive but humble at the same time, Tom is relentless at solving problems and getting to a solution. His experience in business strategy coupled with his knack for leadership, enables him to discover the talent needed to achieve key business objectives. He is the analytical and decisive leader you want on your team.

Tom received an MBA from Harvard Business School and was a double major at West Point. When Tom isn’t working, he likes to spend his spare time with his wife chasing after their newborn son, Elliot. He is an avid chef and foodie, and he loves to explore new dishes he picks up from his travels.
