Shawna Rosner

As Director of Legal Solutions Group of Direct Recruiters, Inc., Shawna Rosner combines her experience as a practicing attorney, career coach and recruiter. She brings a comprehensive skill set to the legal recruiting market. Shawna is uniquely positioned to assist law firms and companies secure the best legal talent to fit their individual hiring needs.

Shawna graduated from Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She went on to attend The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Shawna later obtained a master’s degree in Counseling from John Carroll University with a concentration on counseling lawyers with their career transition and progression.

Solon, Ohio is where Shawna resides with her husband and four sons. In her spare time, Shawna volunteers in the community, is interested in fitness and enjoys cooking and reading, especially historical novels.
