Justin Doyle

Justin Doyle serves as DRI’s Automation Manager, Director of Water Technology recruiting, and Director Fluid Power recruiting.  He works closely with Director, Robert Cohn, and fellow team members Dave Bevington, Kelly McCort and Brian Silverstein to help expand and cultivate the Industrial, Electrical Automation, and Sensors & Controls segments through market research, candidate sourcing, new business development, and social media marketing. Justin also works closely with the Packaging Equipment, Process Equipment, Robotics, and Material Handling Equipment practices. He brings a diverse background as Caddie Master at an affluent country club which has allowed him to easily connect with executive level clients. His enthusiasm and attention to detail enables him to approach each assignment with high energy and add value to the Automation team. Justin is one of the most resourceful water technology recruiters, automation recruiters and fluid power recruiters in the United States.

Justin is a graduate of the College of Education at The University of Akron with a major in Special Education. At The University of Akron Wayne-College, Justin was a 3-year member of a record setting varsity golf team and named to the All-Conference Team. He also qualified to be in the PGA apprentice program. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing, and home renovation projects.
