As an accomplished leadership consultant and credentialed executive coach, Sarah has assessed and coached senior leaders across a range of industries, from Fortune 100 companies to entrepreneurial ventures. She assesses and advises senior executives in leadership strategies to accelerate personal impact, organization performance, and expand leadership capacity. Sarah is skilled at helping senior leaders grow in areas including transition to expanded roles, building senior teams, improving communication styles, driving growth, and leading organization change.
Prior to her consulting role, Sarah served as Senior Vice President, Leadership Development at Bank of America, delivering executive coaching and onboarding, talent and performance management, and organizational design services for the Global Marketing organization.
Sarah earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and her BA from Princeton University. She received her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach certification from the Coaches Training Institute and is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation.
