Kevin has extensive experience serving as a trusted advisor and expert across different industries in the areas of product development, leadership strategy, and talent assessment. Kevin partners with clients to provide proven solutions while providing thought leadership and developing innovative services and products. His research and practice areas focus on assessments for senior leaders for selection and development purposes.
Prior to joining Summit Leadership Partners, Kevin served as the VP of Consulting and R&D at Hollweg Assessment Partners, where he was responsible for consulting and research initiatives for individual and organizational consulting offerings. In addition, he conducted senior leader assessments, facilitated talent audits and succession planning initiatives for leadership teams, and analyzed organizational data to provide insights into team strengths and opportunity areas to inform talent strategy.
Kevin holds a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of North Texas, and a BA from Southern Methodist University.
