Ashleigh serves as an Analyst at Summit Leadership Partners, working with the Director of Consulting Products & Services and our consulting team on various projects including executive assessment, team performance, performance analytics, and research projects.
Before joining Summit Leadership, Ashleigh worked with other consulting firms across a range of capabilities, including talent assessment and selection, assessment development, and behavioral change research.
During her time as a doctoral student, Ashleigh has worked in a variety of research areas such as volunteerism, emotions at work, and the role of gender in organizations. Her experience includes both quantitative and qualitative research. Through her studies, she is engaged in projects with work-family interactions in coworking space, off-work time for police officers, and social skills through the Army Research Institute.
Ashleigh is currently a fourth-year doctoral student at UNC Charlotte in the Organizational Science PhD program and concurrently working on an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She has a BA in Psychology from Clemson University.
