Juilie Crotty

Julie is a leadership consultant and executive coach with over two decades of industry experience. She has extensive experience assessing and developing senior executives in a variety of different industries and functional disciplines. With her expertise in advising executives to overcome challenges to reach their full potential, she is skilled at assisting leaders in and managing conflict and enhancing their executive presence and communication style.

Previously, she held the position of Senior Consultant at YSC, a global leadership consulting firm, where she coached C-level executives and delivered strategies and tools to create high-performance cultures in a range of companies, including non-profits, financial services firms, and pharmaceuticals.

Julie holds a BA in Psychology, a JD, and an MBA from Cornell University. She has also completed post-graduate studies in Executive Coaching and is experienced in using numerous individual and organization assessment tools.
