Renée leads The Talent Studios’ Talent & Performance Management Practice, which serves client needs around leadership development, executive coaching, successful leadership onboarding, high-performing team facilitation, and executive assessment. Renée began her career in investing at J.P. Morgan and worked in growth consumer investing before joining fintech platform, Robinhood Markets ($24B market cap), leading internal business and operational efficiencies efforts prior to its IPO in July 2021.
