B.A. – The Ohio State University

E.K. began her search career at top-tier boutique, Charles Aris Executive Search, focused on retail/consumer, fashion and strategy leadership work.  She supported Partners on the execution of multiple CEO searches and cross-functional executive hires.  She then joined apparel brand portfolio Kontoor, following its divestiture from VF Corporation in 2022, conducting talent searches across commercial, infrastructure and product roles. E.K. was a NCAA Division 1 athlete (Rowing) at The Ohio State University and competes nationally on the Hunter/Jumper equestrian circuit with recognition.
