Gretchen began her search career at Russell Reynolds Associates in the Customer Activation & Growth Practice focused on omni-channel consumer brands, digital marketplaces and B2C EdTech. Prior, she spent nearly two decades as a classically trained Brand executive at Peet’s Coffee and Nestle. Gretchen began her career has a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and then spent three years at top retail/consumer strategy consultancy firm Kurt Salmon & Associates.
