Ella DeCecco

Ella supports executive searches across consumer products, retail, food & beverage, and lifestyle sectors. She holds dual B.A. degrees in English and Comparative Literature with a minor in Italian from Penn State University, where she was a Schreyer Honors Scholar and Paterno Fellow. Ella was named Student Marshal for the Department of English and received multiple academic honors, including the President Walker and Provost Awards.
