Katlyn is a Senior Associate for The Talent Studios where she is responsible for supporting firm Partners across leadership searches. She began her career in Chicago working under the President of DHR global where she executed executive search assignments, consulting projects, and internal talent acquisition. Prior to joining TTS, Katlyn supported Amazon’s media and entertainment businesses with leadership level searches.
