Working directly with clients throughout each engagement, Rebecca provides not only a personalized search process but also strategic counsel, creating actionable plans to best position the organization and the role in the marketplace.

Rebecca manages proactive and multi-faceted candidate acquisition processes to reach passive career-seeking leadership talent, employing innovative sourcing strategies and leveraging her expansive network of healthcare executive leaders across the industry.

Prior to joining Cejka Search in 2006, Rebecca had already built a strong track record in healthcare recruitment operations. She has been consistently recognized for her successful sourcing and candidate acquisition techniques as well as her strong leadership of high-performing recruitment teams.

Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
