Martha Regan

Martha Regan is a Vice President, Search Consultant with Cejka Executive Search, a nationally recognized healthcare executive and physician search firm providing services exclusively to the healthcare industry for more than 35 years. Martha brings to Cejka Executive Search more than 24 years of experience in academic client engagement, business services and project management.

Her vast knowledge of targeting new healthcare clients and affiliated academic medicine and health sciences organizations is instrumental in further developing the academic practice into a diverse client base. As an accomplished and focused project manager, Martha has a thorough understanding of the attention and effort it takes to keep searches on track and to keep current clients engaged. Her comprehension of the role of consultant allows her to serve as a reliable resource for colleagues and clients alike.

Prior to joining Cejka Executive Search, Martha served as associate director of academic client engagement for a fellow healthcare executive search firm. She also has held leadership roles at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons’ office of the CFO, as well as CNN. Martha earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in film and television production from New York University. She received her certification in project management from UCLA Extension.
