Neal Clemente


Native to the Southern California region, Neal was born and raised in the Los Angeles area. In 2014, he relocated to La Jolla to study Economics at University of California, San Diego. During his academic tenure, Neal was a Creative Strategist for Adwave, UCSD’s marketing and advertising team. Additionally, he was an active member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity where he received the Brother of the Year award in 2016.

Since joining Bespoke, Neal has conducted research for a number of C-level and VP-level searches with a focus on CEO, COO, sales, and marketing leadership.

Outside of work, Neal most notably spends his time playing golf or beach volleyball in the spring and summer seasons. During the winter, he is an avid snowboarder and enjoys taking trips to Mammoth with friends. Neal also enjoys surfing (small waves), traveling, and going to music shows. His other favorite pastimes include collecting coasters from local breweries and deciphering customized license plates.
