Prior to Bespoke, Lillie worked as a Senior Team Lead at GLG, managing research and recruiting teams to support market research and M&A initiatives for enterprise industrials clients. Lillie also spent the first two years of her career focused on nonprofit work consulting federal agencies on improving employee engagement and leadership advisory with the Partnership for Public Service.
With her 7+ years of working in high-touch client service organizations, her experience includes managing high-performing teams, driving key client relationships and supporting research for executives. She graduated from George Mason University in Virginia, where she received her Bachelor or Arts degree in International Politics and Government, as well as her Master’s degree in Public Administration.
