With over fourteen years of executive search experience, Kristie founded Bespoke Partners in 2011 with one private equity client and not even a handful of employees. Through Kristie’s tireless efforts in recruiting, business development, and mentoring her team, Bespoke now partners with the world’s most successful private equity firms and even employs three canine companions to oversee the crucial functions of treat delegation, office security, and employee wellness.
Previously, Kristie was a Partner at Lancer Group where she and the Founding Partner successfully built out the firm’s private equity practice. Kristie started her career at A.T. Kearney Executive Search and received a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the University of San Diego.
When taking a brief respite from connecting top talent to Bespoke clients, Kristie loves spending time with her four highly energetic and vocal children.
