Melania DaSilva Deaver

Melania has nearly 20 years of experience building and aligning talent functions to support strategic corporate goals for a variety of organizations. Passionate about connecting clients with top-tier candidates to build inclusive teams and diverse perspectives, she specializes in cutting-edge executive recruitment solutions and profile matching for clients around the globe.

Working with all sizes of organizations from start-up to Fortune 500, Melania collaborates with hiring managers to identify needs and provide resource solutions. In addition to sourcing and attracting top talent, she effectively manages the recruiting cycle from beginning to close, including in-depth behavioral interviews and reference checks with an emphasis on neutralizing client pain.

Prior to joining BroadView, Melania was a Senior Technical Recruiter for EXcellent Talent International Recruitment Company in the Netherlands where she focused on placing Senior C-Suite professionals in EU, U.S., and LATAM Regions. She also served as a Corporate Recruiter for Sol International Enterprise in Costa Rica after starting her career as a staffing recruiter for Volt in California. Melania received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Human Relations from Palomar College and went on to study Human Resources Development at California State University in Sacramento.

An entrepreneur at heart, Melania has owned various businesses in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. She often volunteers with human rights programs focused on women and children, firmly believing women’s human rights are essential to social and economic change around the world.  Residing in Lisbon, Portugal with her husband, Melania is the proud mom to two daughters currently attending universities in Ireland and Amsterdam.
