Donna Young

Donna Young manages BroadView Talent Partners’ administrative, organizational, search and candidate logistical support. She specializes in project management, customer relationships, marketing, social media, client/corporate communications, graphic design, and sales.

She was a founder/partner of Interrobang Design, a design firm based in NYC, with clients such as Random House, Tourneau, and Unilever. Companies she has successfully worked with and that have benefited from her skills have included NTENT, a semantic search and AI technology company and Hearst Connecticut Media. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising & Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, NYC.

Donna lives in Norwalk, CT, and is a proud, single mom of a daughter who is studying at Gettysburg College. Donna is an award-winning baker and avid foodie. She raises funds for Charity Runs, and volunteers with Food Rescue US.
