Johanna has over 17 years of business experience including human resource services and consulting, as well as talent acquisition, coaching and training. Specializing in brand awareness and acquisition integration as well as organizational and business development, she is passionate about solving complex analytical problems, improving processes and helping clients achieve their organizational goals. Adept at connecting individuals and organizations to build mutually beneficial relationships, Johanna sees concurrent opportunities in recruiting and developing future leaders to help organizations improve efficiency, enhance operations, and drive profitability.

Prior to joining BroadView Talent Partners, Johanna oversaw marketing, communications and corporate event management for Grant Associates in the Houston Gulf Coast Region with a focus on business development and recruitment management. Past experience also includes Business Development Consultant for Employment & Training Centers, Inc.,  Administrative Recruiting Specialist for the City of Houston, Human Resource Manager at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts and Founder/CEO of Accessory World, a costume jewelry store in Miami, Florida.

A proven professional, Johanna resides in Houston, Texas and regularly volunteers with Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Texas at Austin and her Master’s in Business Administration from Houston Baptist University. Joanna is the proud, single mom of three young adults, two of whom are currently attending college in Texas. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, running, working out, volunteering and traveling.
