Megan Andriatch is a Director and Practice Leader of Human Resources, with experience in executive recruiting and HR spanning the last 10 years. Prior to Prestige Scientific, Megan led an HR and Corporate Services Recruiting Practice at an executive search professional services firm in Charlotte, NC supporting healthcare, manufacturing, distribution and fintech organizations. Her area of expertise is HR Executive Search, identifying VPs and Chiefs of HR, Senior Directors of Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness & Design Leaders, and additional executives within the HR function. With a background as an HR practitioner in financial services and radiology, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to HR recruiting.

Megan is a native of Buffalo, NY and attended the University at Buffalo where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies & Theory. She has a passion for making the perfect match and being a steward for the HR community. Megan resides in Charlotte, NC and in her spare time can be found spending time with her friends and family, volunteering for organizations that are close to her, like Hospice, and being an avid Buffalo sports fan!
