Tricia Krzywicki

Tricia Krzywicki serves as Partner of Prestige Scientific and is based in the Boston office. She brings over 25 years of Executive Search, Talent Development and Management Consulting to her role. Her work has spanned all industries with an emphasis in Life Sciences.

Tricia has a well-established record of meeting clients’ needs for high profile businesses ranging from early stage companies to the Fortune 500.
Known for exceptional quality and service, her success is a result of her commitment to her clients as well as her interest in executive career development.

She co-leads Prestige’s Clinical Development team focusing on Physician Searches in Clinical Development; Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety; Biostatistics, Project and Program Leadership teams.

Prior to joining Prestige Scientific, Tricia was a Vice President at a leading Boston-based search firm. She also spent two years in business development in the Leadership Development division of Korn/Ferry (PDI-Ninth House) and created and managed the Career Services Department at William James College.

Tricia is married and lives in Rhode Island with her husband and two daughters. She currently serves on the board of the East Bay Food Pantry. She enjoys spending time with her active daughters, sailing and traveling. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from the University of Rhode Island, School of Business.
