Matt Greenberg

Matt Greenberg is a Partner in the Digital & Analytics Practice at Beecher Reagan. Matt graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Politics. Before joining Beecher Reagan, Matt helped lead the build out of a Recruiting Center of Excellence for the Digital arm of a Tier 1 consulting firm. He was also responsible for Partner level recruiting, designing diversity programs and implementing an analytically rigorous approach to hiring.

Prior, he led the NA Consulting TA function at the world’s largest IT Research and Advisory organization where he was accountable for hiring Advisory Partners supporting the CIO/CDO agenda.

Matt has a track record of delivering top quartile performing hires across the digital spectrum. Examples include Partner/Managing Director hires supporting Digital Strategy, Product, Design, New Ways of Work, Engineering/Architecture, Legacy Modernization (ERP), Marketing and Data Analytics.

Over the last decade, Matt has successfully closed more than 80 Partner level searches supporting accounts in Financial Services/PE, CPG, TMT, Retail, Industrial Goods, Energy, Tech, Healthcare/Life Sciences and Public Sector.

He also has tactical digital and tech search experience having successfully executed searches for Software Engineers, DevOps, Agile@Scale, Platform Architects and Data Scientists.

Matt lives in the Washington DC area with his wife and three children.
