James Macedonio

James is a Principal in the Digital & Data Analytics Practice at Beecher Reagan. Prior to joining the firm, James was responsible for stakeholder management and executive search delivery for RDW’s Technology Consulting & Services clients in the US. James has executed on key leadership searches across Cloud, Cyber, Analytics, Digital and Engineering Services, leveraging a deep understanding of product & services ecosystems to uncover hidden sources of talent.

Earlier in his career, he led delivery on numerous Go-To-Market and Product leadership assignments for global software clients and helped to build a net-new Cloud Architecture and Engineering practice for a Tier-1 Global Consultancy.

James is known as a trusted advisor to Consulting leaders, often shaping new practice and service offering development. Within the Digital & Analytics markets, he has supported Technology Strategy, Engineering, Product/Platform Development, and Managed Services buildouts from CXO or “Head Of” to key support levels.
