Angela Navarro

Angela serves as the President and Managing Partner for our Global Leadership Results Practice. As a board member and partner, Angela supports our continued global expansion of the leadership advisory practice and core client offerings such as Verity, Beecher Reagan’s exclusive professional services leadership assessment. Verity, developed in concert with Hogan Assessments, provides clients access to greater insights that inform talent strategies to retain and accelerate top talent.  The practice exists to enable practice growth and accelerate value creation for professional services and private equity clients. Her expertise in developing effective solutions to clients’ complex workforce issues is extensive, balancing business needs and inspiring leadership to design programs which deliver a high return on investment.

Angela previously served as the President & COO of Beecher Reagan joining directly from the Management Consulting industry.  Prior to joining Beecher Reagan, she served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations at North Highland Worldwide Consulting. As Global SVP, Angela oversaw workforce solutions, talent attraction, resource deployment and business development for the global consulting firm.

Prior to North Highland, Navarro brought 20 years within the Professional Staffing and Search industries, earning a strong and consistent legacy of developing internal teams and external alliances to stimulate and deliver year-over-year growth and profitability.
