Dave McCallum

Dave is a Principal with Beecher Reagan and has spent his entire career in the professional services industry.

At Beecher Reagan, Dave provides talent acquisition expertise in Business Strategy, Operations, and Information Technology across the Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, Media, High Tech, Energy and Manufacturing industries.

Prior to Beecher Reagan, Dave was a founding member of Booz & Company’s experienced recruiting team where he was in charge of training, mentoring and served as a subject matter expert in the firm’s new capabilities.

As a senior member, he was charged with the recruitment of Strategy partners and staff across the Financial Services, Consumer, Manufacturing, Energy, Retail and Life Sciences verticals. Dave also led the scale up of the firms Operations and Technology expert capabilities across multiple practices. He began his career as a search consultant with Allegis Group, where he was hired to build their executive recruitment division with a focus on accounting, finance and marketing functions.

Dave holds a Bachelor degree in Finance from Florida State University.
