Georgina Pawley

Georgina is the Global Technology Services Practice Leader and Co-Global Private Equity Practice Leader at Beecher Reagan. Georgina graduated from Manchester University with a degree in Modern Languages and is accredited in Human Resource Management from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). As a headhunter, Georgina acts as a trusted adviser to her clients and brings 16 years of experience supporting global organisations relating to human capital strategy and recruitment in the digital transformation space.

Georgina has spent the majority of her career in London supporting clients across Europe and APAC. The last four years Georgina has been living in the USA where she was instrumental in setting-up and building offices in Atlanta and New York for an executive search firm. This included hiring internal teams across both offices in addition to a heavy focus on new business development and existing client expansion.

Georgina’s recent experience includes leadership level hires such as Global and Divisional C-Level positions as well as Advisory, Partner and Managing Director level hires within Professional Services and Private Equity organisations, where she brings a deep industry focus across Fintech and Insurtech, Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Retail and Travel.
