Mariana Brugger

Prior to starting her career in Executive Search, Mariana led her consulting firm The Amper Group LLC, supporting national and international companies in Strategic Planning and Leadership.

During her 20 year career with Walmart, she had the opportunity to experience and lead every area within HR. She performed various jobs, among her most relevant experiences with Wamart including: Vice President HR for the apparel business in New York, Vice President HR for the US Northeast Division as a high profile expatriate assignment, and HR Operations Director Walmart de Mexico.

As a leader of the recruiting area, she consolidated Walmart and Carrefour’s Executive talent. She integrated several recruiting teams enriching both companies with the strong talent it requires to be competitive.

Mariana has a degree in Human resources from Universidad Iberoamericana. She has continued her education throughout her career, receiving certification in Business Management from the IPADE in Mexico City. She is certified in Executive Coaching and Change Management and as a Master Black Belt and Six Sigma Champion from the Six Sigma Academy in Scottsdale, AZ.
